Returns and refunds MUST READ
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on any of our sold Items. The reasons are that these are printed once ordered and the return/refund activity would heavily increase administration actions and costs of the shop. We cannot take returns if the customer is not satisfied by the design or if the picked size happens to be wrong for the individual. Please check the size tables to be sure that the size is correct for you, and if in doubt, feel free to ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org
However, return/exchange policy is applicable for items that:
- Are different size or color that you ordered
- Are damaged in transportation
- Are clearly misprinted and do not represent the design
All packages come with return address information, and the returns must be done with the original (as undamaged as possible) package. If you feel like your product/service was something other than above mentioned guidelines, please contact us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us by email so we can help determine if the conditions apply and get your a new item shipped out.
